Terms of use
Last updated October 25, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and MMR Internet, LLC, which runs Speech by Tonight. By ordering a speech you agree to them.
The service
For a one-time fee, we write two drafts of a speech from your answers using Claude, an AI model, plus one rewrite and cue cards. The speech is a draft for you to review, edit and deliver. You are responsible for what you say, including checking that names, facts and stories are right and appropriate for your audience.
Your content
You confirm that the information you give us is yours to share and doesn't break anyone's rights. Don't submit content that is unlawful, hateful or meant to harass someone. You own the speech we write for you and can use, edit and share it as you like. You give us permission to process your answers only to provide the service.
Payment and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout and charged by Stripe. Our refund policy is part of these terms.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to write a speech you'll be proud of, but we can't guarantee how it's received. AI-written drafts can contain mistakes; read yours before you deliver it.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim about it is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version in force when you ordered applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
