Refund policy

If your speech isn't right, we want to fix it or give your money back.

• Every order includes one free rewrite. Most problems (too long, too much teasing, a missing story) are fixed by a sentence of notes.
• If you're still not happy, email admin@speechbytonight.com within 14 days of your purchase with the link to your speech page, and we'll refund the full $19 to your card. No forms, and no need to explain at length.
• If something went wrong on our side, such as a draft that never arrived, we'll fix it or refund you whenever you tell us.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
